UHC Day Update #8

This is a reminder that the UHC Day virtual Town Hall is today!

Please join us today, 11 December, 2:00-3:30 pm CET / 8:00-9:30 am ET for “Shaping Our Health Future: Young Leaders and Parliamentarians Unite for UHC.” 

This virtual town hall event will feature opening remarks from Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus, Director-General of WHO; statements from Members of Parliament from Ireland, Tanzania, Mexico, Egypt and Turkey; and closing remarks from Gabriela Cuevas Barrón, Co-Chair of the UHC2030 Steering Committee. The panel will be moderated by Whitney Gray, Co-Chair of the WHO Youth Council Working Group on UHC. It will feature a short letter-writing workshop with guidance on how to prepare and send UHC advocacy letters to decision makers.
